Get ready for the start of Monarch Athletics this Fall! Tryouts begin 8/12 for all Fall sports. Please view the information below to have all of your documents ready. GO MONARCHS!

Per Bay Area Conference (BAC) guidelines, all new and returning students participating in athletic programming (including try-outs) must submit two documents to the HNHS Athletic Office on or before August 12th:

1. Sports Packet
2. Doctor's Physical (given the turnaround time of appointments, we encourage families to schedule physicals with their healthcare provider as early as possible)

Both the Sports Packets and Doctor's Physical Form can be located and printed from our website under Student Life > Athletics. Documents can be submitted to [email protected].
